What is covered
Defects in materials, separation of bonded parts and failures of integrated stands or camera shields during normal use are covered for one year from purchase.
What is not covered
Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification and damage to the phone itself are not covered.
Make a claim
Contact us with the original order number, the product name and photos or a short video showing the issue. Most claims are reviewed within two business days.
